1. The Grundy House Marker
Inscription. A smaller house built in 1890 on this site dates the mulberry trees that surround this present home. Built by Emma Packer Morris in 1901 it was constructed of handmade adobe faced with red fired brick, a popular building method at the time. The Victorian design shows off large panel windows indicating luxury as does the expensive wood trim detailing.
