Inscription. Bungalow built for Frank Devane (1898-1987), manager of the North Carolina Bank and Trust Company, and wife, Aline Cross (1903-1980). Purchased in 1932, by James Love Davis (1882-1958), owner of Davis Grocery; and wife, Edna Fleet (1884-1960).

Erected 2013 by Historic Wilmington Foundation, Inc.
