Inscription. Craftsman style bungalow built for Ralph Waldo Soverel (1896-1964), native of East Orange, NJ, teller and cashier at the Murchison National Bank, the Wilmington Savings & Trust Company, and Wachovia Bank and Trust Company; and wife, Maude Elizabeth Willson (1897-1966), stenographer with the American Molasses Company. House remained in family for 59 years.
