1. Coleman Building Marker

Inscription. Built as investment property by Louis Joseph Coleman (1887-1965), native of Whiteville, building contractor; and wife, Lucille Benson Coleman (1902-1996). Originally brick garage with wood frame apartment above, with exterior stairs to the second floor entrance. Converted to duplex in late 20th century.
