1. Jerusha James House Marker

Inscription. Colonial Revival style house built for Jerusha Gafford James (1879-1956); and husband, George Henry James (1871-1948), general timekeeper for the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. Inherited by daughter Marguerite Gafford James, who was a founder of the Wilmington Railroad Museum. The house remained in the James family for sixty-eight years.
