1. Milepost 632 Marker

Inscription.
The railroad placed mileposts each mile along the right-of-way from its starting point in Mobile, Alabama to the end of the line in East St. Louis, Illinois. As you look at this sign, you are 632 miles from Mobile. There are four mileposts along the city-owned portion of the trail. MP 630 is at the end of Jefferson St, MP 631 is just north of Rueck Rd., and MP 633 is near the intersection with the Union Pacific RR tracks under 1-255. The last milepost on the line was MP 645 in East St. Louis.
