1. Smith County September 11 Monument Marker

Inscription. In recognition of the tragic events of Sept 11, 2001 this monument is dedicated to the people who come to our aid without hesitation and protect our lives and property. Their courage, compassion and loyalty in times of distress define the character of this great county. The people of Smith County honor these individuals on this Sept. 8, 2002.

Erected 2002 by Leadership Opportunity Smith County.
