1. Charlie’s Time Marker
Inscription. Charlie's Time was a community gathering space because the owner, Charlie Smith, loved people and music. It was a late-night place open from 11:00 at night to 7:00 in the morning. The club operated in the 1960s — 1980s as a community gathering spot for folks to find good music, entertainment and food.
