At Le Tire-Bouchon, legends take root. In 1953, Jacques Brel began his artistic career in this iconic cabaret, rubbing shoulders with talents such as Charles Aznavour and Georges Brassens. It was here, in the warm atmosphere of our establishment, that these great artists shaped the history of French Chanson (i.e., cabaret-style singing).
