Once the Tustin Hardware Co., 115 West Main Street's position next to the First National Bank building (pictured on the right of image 1) guaranteed a constant stream of customers into its doors.

After the demolition of the First Western Bank in the 1960s, the building stood alone and only a small amount of the wall remained (seen in the right of image 2). Old Town, and continued to be a hub of activity when it opened as Mrs. B's Consignment Shop and post office in the early 2000's, and in 2020 as its current owner, Arvida Book Co.
