Parlor of the Citizens
Inscription.
This is the former location of the Parlor of the Citizens. The Prefect of the Seine, in deference to the wishes of the municipal councilors of the city of Paris, had this inscription placed in 1877 on the site of the building where their predecessors sat until the middle of the 14th century.
