Since 1925 La Bonne Franquette, formerly “Aux Billards en Bois”. This inn has been famous since 1890. A meeting place for artists, it has welcomed Diaz, Pissarro, Sisley, Degas, Cezanne, Toulouse-Lautrec, Renoir, Monet, Zola... Its garden served as a model for Van Gogh for his famous painting “La Guinguette”, painted in October 1886 and now exhibited at the Musée d’Orsay.
