Resolution from Carnegie Trust
"That we further agree to take over the County Galway Library Service, established under the Carnegie Library Trust on the understanding that the County Council shall have full power and control in regard to the management of same, the books which are to be retained and obtained for the library and the appointment of a Committee of Management..."
