Inscription.
In May 1952 Lockbourne A.F. Base set up a survival school in Dorr Run, Nelsonville under the direction of M/Sgt. James Rogers. The Korean War was in progress & the mission of the school was to qualify air crews & others in the use of principles procedures, equipment & techniques which permit a person to survive & return without giving aid & comfort to the enemy this monument is dedicated to those instructors who were permanent personnel during the years 1952–1965.
