Regarding Lieutenants Ross Frazier and Paul Hughes Memorial.
2nd Lt Ross E. Frazier (Service No. 0-727094) served as a bombardier in the 322nd Bombardment Squadron, 91st Bombardment Group (Heavy), 8th Air Force, US Army Air Forces during WWII. His B-17 (Crew 4479) was shot down November 23, 1942 while on a mission against the submarine pens at St. Nazaire, France.

2nd Lt Paul W. Hughes (Service No. 02059783) was killed in action during WWII, specifics are unknown to the contributor at this time.
