This citation is granted in recognition of the significant and farsighted contribution and untiring leadership in continuous service as a trustee of the Oklahoma City Airport trust and the financial planning expertise which resulted in construction of the facilities which house the FAA Aeronautical Center and numerous other airport facilities on the Oklahoma City Airports.
