3. Big Bill the Muffler Man
The 21-foot-tall fiberglass giant briefly stopped at the eatery as part of a Mobil 1 promotion in 2022. He returned and was permanently installed in 2023. He was named after the late Bill Wood, who owned the Western Motel next door. He also owned the cafι and recruited his daughter and son-in-law to manage it in 2011, which they've done since then now as the owners.

4. Hi-Way Cafe Sign
The sign was erected in 1963. With the help of a National Park Service cost-sharing grant, the sign was refurbished in 2022-23. The most-stickers-on-a-car world record also was set in 2022, when more than 100 volunteers placed 60,066 half-inch stickers on a 1963 American Motors Rambler. It is on display inside the restaurant.
