Regarding Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Building. Designed by American architect Charles Bickel, he concentrated his work on commercial structures and served for a time as architect for the city of Pittsburgh. The Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Building was designated a Pittsburgh Historic Landmark in 1975 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 4, 1996.
