Duncan Plaza
Dedicated in memory of James Duncan, who founded the great City of Massillon on December 7, 1826. On this site once stood a grist mill and foundry owned and operated by James Duncan. In 1908 a city hall was erected, which served the community for 68 years. In 1976 it s razed making way for Duncan Plaza. Built with contributions from businesses, industries, organizations and citizens of Massillon.
