1. Totnes Town Mill Marker
Inscription. From the 12th century to 1946 there was a working mill on this site. It was originally operated by the tide, but was later fed from the leat and weir constructed in 1581. This diverted water from the Dart. In 1996 this mill was restored by the Totnes Preservation Trust.
