Inscription.

Signalmen used these small carts to hold their tools and supplies. The carts were pushed along the track but could be lifted off when a train was approaching. This one was built by Transport Products Corp. in Louisville, Kentucky.
 
Erected 2017 by Central Frontenac Railway Heritage Society and Ontario Trillium Foundation.

It is on Elizabeth Street just north of Robert Street, on the left when traveling north. Dolly and marker are in the Railway Heritage Park, adjacent to the former Canadian Pacific Railway grade, now part of the Trans Canada Trail. Touch for map.
