Inscription. In the days before regional cooperative stores and national chains, farmers from small towns across the country could visit their local feed store to hear the latest news, talk with neighbors, and stock up on animal feed and equipment. Built in 2013, the Feed Store is modeled after two stores in rural Metcalfe County, Kentucky, and named after long-time Discovery Park volunteer and employee Mr. Hugh Wade.
