H-111 Serial No. 67-19527 served 15 months with an Assault Helicopter Company in Vietnam from January 1969 until April of 1970. Vietnam combat service resumed in April 1971 after a year of maintenance and National Guard service in the United States. Number 67-19527 completed its second tour of Vietnam service in December 1971. From approximately 1976 until 1994, this helicopter served the Utah Army National Guard in various capacities. In late 1994, Huey #67-19527 was retired from active service and later transferred to static display at the Fort Douglas Museum.
