Lock Haven in Clinton County, Pennsylvania — The American Northeast (Mid-Atlantic)
Rogers Gymnasium
Constructed in 1896 as the Central State Normal School Gymnasium, and renovated in 2005, this is the oldest structure on campus. In 1953, it was named in memory of James Rogers '49, who lost his life to Hodgkin's disease in 1952. He was highly regarded as an all-around athlete and student scholar whose attitude and perseverance made him an admired member of the Lock Haven State Teacher's College Student Body.
