Inscription. This perennial border uses the design created by Victor H. Ries and distributed in a 1932 Ohio State bulletin. Mr. Reis was the founder of the Ohio Association on of Garden Clubs.

Ohio The Four Seasons Garden Club which donated this border and the Rose Garden, Clubs is an OAGC member.

The Perennial Garden is planted in memory Mark S. Gilbert.
