At the corner of Merchant and Stewart Streets stand two single-family and one double-family tenant houses, all of frame construction, two stories in elevation, and with gable roofs. Sometime after 1893 Merchant Street was extended a half block west and three 20th-century dwellings amd a long, frame, work-shed were built.
