Inscription. William "Billy" Quigley Jr. of Wilmington, IL was a dedicated student leader at Illinois State University at the time of his death as a result of an automobile accident. Billy was a student in the college of business and also passionate about supporting and engaging students in campus programs and activities. He earned a position on the executive board of the university program board as the director of membership and began "making Redbird moments." Billy was also on the executive board for the campus involvement ambassadors a registered student organization dedicated to helping students find where they best belong within the Redbird family. While our campus lost a true Redbird, Billy will always be "a big deal at ISU."
