1. Our Old Community Bell - Woodruff Marker

Inscription. Dedicated to the Two Hundredth Anniversary of the United States of America and sponsored by the Utah American Revolution Bicentennial Commission and Woodruff Bicentennial Committee

This bell was once atop the first permanent schoolhouse in Woodruff. It was used to announce school, church, meetings, funerals and 4th of July celebrations. Committee under leadership of Mayor Clyde Longhurst and Annie S. Wamsley.
