Observe the base of the flagpole, right behind the marker.
Inscription. Commemorating Holy Rosary School that educated so many of our fine Thorold citizens over the meany years of its existence. This flagpole stood at the front entrance of the school and the brick was part of the building before being take down to make way for the homes that now stand on the property.
