Inscription. Throughout the years Providence citizens have been represented in significant historical times and places where law, justice and preservation of vital freedoms were at risk. All generations of our people have provided strong individuals that sacrificed and contributed to maintain the sanctity of our Constitution of the United States of America. To them this memorial is dedicated.
