1. Bristol Meetinghouse Labyrinth Marker
Inscription.
Walking a labyrinth has been a spiritual practice in many faith traditions, including Christianity, for centuries. Distinctive labyrinths grace the transepts of the 13th century cathedrals of Chartres, Reims, and Amiens in France, where they serve as pathways for devotion and meditation.

We invite you to enter the Meetinghouse yard and walk the labyrinth. Walking a labyrinth can be an occasion of prayer, meditation, mindfulness, or even a symbolic pilgrimage to a beloved destination. Walkers traditionally follow the path to the center, remain as long as they wish, and return via the same path.

The Bristol Meetinghouse Labyrinth is a joint project of Redemption Church and Bristol Friends Meeting.

Grounds close at dusk.
