Inscription.  German:
Vierflügelanlage aus dem 17. und 18. Jh. Die Erweiterung wurde notwendig, nachdem das Alte Rathaus zunehmend durch den Immerwährenden Reichstag genutzt wurde. Im Innenhof Neptunbrunnen von 1662. Südportal von 1722 mit den Allegorien der Gerechtigkeit und Klugheit.

English Translation:
Four-wing complex from the 17th and 18th centuries. The expansion became necessary after the Old Town Hall was increasingly used by the Perpetual Imperial Diet. In the inner courtyard stands the Neptune Fountain from 1662. The south portal, built in 1722, features allegories of Justice and Prudence.
