Hier stand das Patrizierhaus der Familien Merkl - Niller - Ratzer. 1144 erbaut. 1868 begann hier der große Stadtbrand. Seit 1886 Besitz der Familien Deiml, Wallner, Richter, Melber und Getreidehändler.

English Translation:
Here stood the patrician house of the families Merkl, Niller, and Ratzer. Built in 1144. In 1868, the great city fire started here. Since 1886, it has been owned by the families Deiml, Wallner, Richter, Melber, and grain merchants.
