Inscription.  German:
Zum Schwan, 1634–1995 Gasthof. 1834–1984 im Besitz der Fam. Fellner. Geburtshaus von Hans Fellner, Regierungspräsident von Schwaben. Michael Fellner, Bürgermeister der Stadt, 1902–1917. 1996 Erweiterung der Raiffeisenbank.

English Translation:
The inn “Zum Schwan” existed from 1634 to 1995 and was owned by the Fellner family from 1834 to 1984. This house was the birthplace of Hans Fellner, District President of Swabia. Michael Fellner, who served as mayor of the town from 1902 to 1917, also lived and worked here. In 1996, the building was redesigned as part of the Raiffeisen Bank’s expansion.
