1. Pat's Little Theater Marker

Inscription. This site has been the home to at least two buildings, both of which were used for retail shops. The first building was a two-story brick structure, which housed Thomas McCabe’s tobacco factory. E.Stewart, who bought property for $12,000 dollars in 1900, tore down the old building and erected the current one-story brick building in 1906. The Stewart family retained ownership of the building until 1966.
