A cellar depression and nearby lilac bushes mark the location of the house of the Bailey family. In the waning days of the village of Crow Wing, a board sidewalk rank the length of the one main street, from the valley to the south, along the riverfront, ending here. The Bailey house was one of the last buildings to stand where Crow Wing was once a thriving village.
Past residents of the area recall that reunions were held here long after the remainder of the town had ceased to exist.
