Starý rodový dům Schlicků patřil chebským radním z váženého rytířského rodu Schlicků von Lasan ze Seebergu (Ostroh), který byl díky Kašparu Šlikovi povýšen do hraběcího stavu. Při prodeji v roce 1718 byl popsán jako zcela zřícený. V raném 19. století přestavěn chebským architektem Vincencem Pröcklem z trojosého domu s vysokým štítem na čtyřosý dům s okapovou střechou a prostým průčelím s empírovými prvky. V průčelí domu je osazen erbovní kámen z domu čp. 506 z roku 1670 se spojeným erbem Junckerů a Aychlerů, který byl před Pröcklovou přestavbou zazděn v klenuté vstupní hale za zdí od krbu. Dům upravován v letech 1865, 1893, 1934 a v rámci asanace v šedesátých letech 20. století.

The Schlick house no. 481
The old Schlick family home belonged to Cheb councillors of the esteemed knightly family of Schlick von Lasan of Seeberg that was elevated to the status of count thanks to Casper Schlick. The building itself was subsequently described as being entirely in ruins upon being sold in 1718. However, it was reconstructed in the early 19th century by Cheb architect Vincent Pröckl from a three-axis structure with high gable into a four-axis building with eave and simple frontage with elements of Empire. An armorial stone from building no. 506 from 1670 is set into the frontage of the building with the combined coat-of-arms of the Junckers
