Inscription.  Czech:
Byla vystavěna v letech 1723–1728 chebským stavitelem A. Pfefferem podle plánů pražského stavitele maltského původu C. B. Alliprandiho. Palácovou dispozicí a bohatou štukovou výzdobou interiéru patří budova mezi nejvýznamnější barokní radniční stavby v Československu.

English Translation:
Built between 1723 and 1728 by the Cheb builder A. Pfeffer, based on designs by the Prague-based architect of Maltese origin, C. B. Alliprandi. With its palace-like layout and richly stuccoed interior, the building ranks among the most important Baroque town halls in Czechoslovakia.
