Dům Minettiů č. p. 474
Dům s renesančním jádrem přestavěn barokně v 17. století, průčelí domu upraveno klasicistně na konci 18. století. Dům tvořil původně jeden celek se sousedním domem Junckerů a domem čp. 456 v Jateční ulici, o čemž svědčí zachované gotické portálky v přízemí ve spojovacích zdech. Ke komplexu patřila také kaple stojící v hloubce dvora. Chebští senátoři v listopadu 1436 dostali podle kardinálského privilegia v Basileji právo zakládat a užívat domácí kaple jako dik za věrné služby, které město odvedlo církvi během husitských válek. Roku 1604 zničil vnitřní prostor celé stavby požár. Rekonstrukcí po r. 1715 byl dům pozměněn. Strmá střecha byla snižena vestavěním nízkého skladového patra s kruhovými okny. Vnitřní prostory byly upraveny v 19. století, v 1. a 3. patře je secesní štuková výzdoba. V tomto domě se narodil 28. 3. 1903 světoznámý klavírista Rudolf Serkin.

Haus mit einem Renaissancekern im 17. Jahrhundert barock umgebaut, die Hauptfassade wurde zum Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts klassizistisch umgestaltet. Das Haus bildete ursprünglich ein Ganzes mit dem Nachbarhaus der Junckers und dem Haus mit der Konskriptionsnummer 456 in der Straße Jateční ulice, wovon die erhaltenen gotischen kleinen Portale im Erdgeschoss in den Verbindungsmauern zeugen. Zum Komplex gehörte auch eine Kapelle in der Tiefe des Hofes. Die Egerer Senatoren erhielten gemäß dem Kardinalsprivileg in Basel im November 1436 das Recht, Hauskapellen zu gründen und zu nutzen, und zwar als Dank für die treuen Dienste, die die Stadt der Kirche während der Hussitenkriege geleistet hatte. Im Jahre 1604 wurde das Interieur des gesamten Bauwerkes ein Raub der Flammen. Die Rekonstruktion nach dem Jahre 1715 veränderte das Haus. Das steile Dach wurde durch den Einbau eines niedrigen Lagergeschosses mit kreisrunden Fenstern niedriger gestaltet. Die Innenräume wurden im 19. Jahrhundert umgebaut, im 1. und 3. Stock befindet sich eine Stuckverzierung im Jugendstil. In diesem Haus wurde am 28.3.1903 der weltbekannte Pianist Rudolf Serkin geboren.
