1. Owl Tavern Marker

Inscription. On this site was the old Owl Tavern, a favorite watering hole in old Sisters. If the walls could talk, there would be stories of pranks, the confiscation of the brand new slot machine, gunshots, horses and even a camel being ridden through the doors of that fabled old building. There were boarding rooms upstairs and a back lot where the Warm Springs tribal members could set up camp during Sisters Rodeo.
