Dům Werndlů č. p. 473
Gotický dům z 15. století, barokně přestavěný v 17. století. Roku 1625 zde bydlel u majitele domu, starosty Georga Werndla z Chlumečku, velitel císařských vojsk třicetileté války Albrecht z Valdštejna. Z velké gotické vstupní haly se zachoval gotický dvorní portál. Vlastní hala byla překlenuta při sjednocení úrovně přízemí v rámci přestaveb v první polovině 20. století pruskými klenbami do klenebních pásů. Třípatrový, čtyřosý dům má v průčelí do náměstí pouze patrové římsy a bosáž v přízemí. Třípatrová strmá střecha se čtyřmi řadami vikýřů ani vlastní členění průčelí nad korunní římsou a nástavby nedoznalo od úprav z roku 1850 žádných podstatných změn. K domu náleží třípodlažní dvorní křídlo, přiléhající k domu č. p. 474.

Im Jahre 1625 wohnte hier beim Besitzer des Hauses, dem Bürgermeister Georg Werndl von Lehenstein (Chlumeček) der Befehlshaber der kaiserlichen Truppen des Dreißigjährigen Krieges, Albrecht von Wallenstein. Von der großen gotischen Eingangshalle blieb das gotische Hofportal erhalten. Die eigentliche Halle wurde bei der Vereinheitlichung des Niveaus des Erdgeschosses im Rahmen der Umbauten in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts mit preußischen Kappengewölbestreifen versehen. Das dreigeschossige, vierachsige Haus hat in der Hauptfassade zum Marktplatz lediglich Etagensimse und ein Bossenwerk des Erdgeschosses. Das dreigeschossige steile Dach mit vier Erkerreihen sowie die eigentliche Gliederung der Hauptfassade über der Bekrönung und die Aufstocken erfuhren seit den Umbauten aus dem Jahre 1850 keine wesentlichen Veränderungen. Zum Haus gehört ein dreigeschossiger Hofflügel, der an das Haus Nr. 474 anliegt.

A 15th century Gothic building that underwent Baroque reconstruction in the 17th century. In 1625, leader of the Imperial forces during the Thirty-Year War Albrecht von Wallenstein stayed here with the owner of the building, mayor Georg Werndl from Chlumeček. level of the ground floor as part of reconstruction work in the first half of the 20th century with Prussian vaults leading into straight arches. The frontage of this four-storey, four-axis building facing into the square only features first floor moulding and rustication on the ground floor. Neither the three-floor steep roof with four rows of dormers nor the segmentation of the frontage above the crown moulding and extension have undergone any significant changes since modifications carried out in 1850. A three-storey courtyard wing that stands adjacent to building no. 474 also pertains to the structure.
