Inscription.
Through its doors on Beverly Boulevard walked movie stars and moguls, dignitaries and presidents. They came to see and be seen, and to enjoy Dave Chasen's world famous chili. The main dining room and street facade of the original restaurant remain.

Regarding Chasen’s. After 59 years as a meeting place for Hollywood's most glamorous stars and celebrities, Chasen's Restaurant closed its doors in April of 1995. The site opened again as Bristol Farms grocery store in November of 2000. The project team took care to preserve the beloved facade of the building that runs along Beverly Boulevard, including the restaurant's entryway element. When transforming the Chasen's building into a gourmet grocer, nostalgic items were preserved such as original Chasen's booths that are located in the deli department.
