Aron Isaksen was born in Kristiania as one of four children of Sonja and Isak Isaksen. He was educated in business and worked as a clerk and accountant. Aron was unmarried.(Submitted on July 27, 2025.)
On 26 October 1942, Aron was arrested by the Norwegian state police and taken to Bredtveit prison. Two days later he was transferred to Berg prison camp outside Tψnsberg. Barely a month later, on 26 November, he was deported on the transport ship Donau to Stettin, and from there to the extermination camp Auschwitz. Upon arrival at the camp on 1 December 1942, Aron Isaksen was sent straight to the gas chambers and killed.
