Holy Trinity Anglican Church | 77 Division Street
This church, erected in 1877, is the oldest active church in Welland. Architect J. Dunigan designed the Gothic Revival style church. The Tudor style tripartite memorial window and castellated tower at the north end of the building are part of a 1912 addition. The Guild Hall at the rear of the church was constructed in 1909 and later enlarged.

Central Firehall
This Welland landmark, designed by Walter W. LaChance, was built in 1920. The 70-foot high, square, brick tower (which was used to hand dry hoses) is embellished by a four-faced clock.

In 1962, the tower, damaged by fire, was rebuilt using the old brick. Fine classical revival details include carved finials, which resemble fire helmets, above the semi-circular dormer windows. Designated in 1993.

Morwood House | 28-30 Young Street
This eclectically styled house was built over many years starting from 1861 for Richard Morwood a local merchant and politician. The Italianate west wing features broad bracketed eaves and arched windows. However, Gothic, Classical Revival and Queen Anne elements can be seen in the bay windows and decorative carvings. Adjoining properties including the Farmers Market and the Methodist Church (now Central United Church) were part of the original Morwood property.

Maison Morwood | 28-30, rue Young
