Inscription.
This fine brick residence was built in 1891 by Joseph Perkins. The unique layout in a Gothic Revival style and the fine condition of many elements in the house make it an excellent example of late 19th century homes in Acton.
 
Erected 2016 by Heritage Halton Hills.
