1. 1890's Bank Barn Marker
Inscription. This 54 ft. x 34 ft. bank barn is excellently constructed, reflecting good workmanship that resulted in a clean, precise finished structure. The barn has several distinctive features:

• Slanting queen posts supporting the roof.

• A flexible metal cable, with bracing at each end and in the middle, used to lift and move large quantities of loose hay.

• 22 louvers which provide for ventilation and "dress up" the barn.
