Roy R. Fairman (1922-1993) served Indiana University of Pennsylvania as a member of the Council of Trustees, of the Foundation for IUP Board of Directors and of the Punxsutawney Area College Trust.
Alan Reed Fairman (1953-2006) was a 1976 graduate of IUP. Both men are honored and recognized for their dedication to the community and their support of educational initiatives.
