La replica fedele della Porta Nord di Lorenzo Ghiberti, e il restauro dell'originale ora nel Grande Museo del Duomo, sono stati finanziati dalla Guild of the Dome Association, con la missione di "condividere i valori universali attraverso l'arte di tutti i secoli". I nomi nei membri fondatori della Guild, da tutti i continenti e religioni, sono incisi sul bronzo all'interno della porta.
Ideatore e promotore della Guild of the Dome θ stato Enrico Marinelli (1953-2016) cui va la gratitudine dell'Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore ed il ricordo di tutti i donatori.

The faithful replica of Lorenzo Ghiberti's North Door and the restoration of the original one, which has now been placed in the Cathedral Museum, were funded by Guild of the Dome Association, whose mission is to "share universal values through the art of all ages". The names of the founding members of the Guild, who come from all the Continents and belong to variuos religions, have been inscribed in bronze on the inside of the Door.
The Opera del Duomo and all the contributors remember and they are thankful to Enrico Marinelli (1953-2016), who was the creator and the promoter of the Guild of the Dome.
