at Roberts Ranch
The congregation met in an old schoolhouse until 1928, when this church was built for $616 on five acres of land provided by the First Baptist Church of Fort Myers. Rooms for Sunday School class were added in the years that followed. The building was moved to a new site in 1944 and served as a sanctuary until 1952, when a new church was built.
Robert Roberts played a significant role in the organization and building of the church. He was selected as a church deacon in 1927 and remained active in the church, along with his wife and family, for the rest of his life.

La familia Roberts fué una de cuatro familias que hicieron la Primera Congregación Bautista de Immokalee. La iglesia fué organizada como una misión en el otoño de 1916 por los Reverendos A.M. Bennett y Peelman con un capítulo de siete miembros incluyendo a Robert Roberts y su esposa, Sarah.
La congregación se reunió en una vieja escuela hasta 1928, luego esta iglesia fué construída con $616, en cinco acres de tierra proporcionados por la Primera Iglesia Bautista de Fort Myers.
