1. Mulkey-Loggins House Marker
Inscription. Originally located in Ennis, Texas, this fine Victorian-era home was built by Dr. James C. Loggins (1845–1921), mayor and city alderman of Ennis, on land settled in 1854 by Philip A. Mulkey, also a civic leader. Later, his son James Mulkey included it in the Highland Addition, a neighborhood he developed in 1891. In 1944, it was sold to his grandson Keith Mulkey and his wife Tina Beth Wheeler.
